WakeMed’s new streaming service brings added reassurance and connection for NICU families. This new service, NicView™, allows parents to stay connected with their little ones. It is a secure, streaming camera system placed at designated bed spaces within our NICU. This optional, complimentary service is available 24/7, in real time, to help families bond with their preemie or hospitalized infant if and when they aren’t able to be with them in the NICU. It also means that extended families and loved ones have an opportunity to see the babies from a distance! Read more about this new service and technology by clicking the below link.
