I have been working at Westpac New Zealand full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Has great options for flexible working and has a great 'Leave Loudly' loudly policy. Has a sustainibility team, that has some great initiatives. Public financial workshops. Moving to a customer centric approach to running the business in a whole.

    Cons

Working in Risk specifically there is a lack of team culture. Needs better documentation, when people leave a lot of knowledge leaves with them.
