    Human Resources Analyst Interview

    Anonymous Employee in London, England
    No Offer
    Negative Experience
    Average Interview

I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Winton Group (London, England) in Jan 2019

I had a phone call from one of the HR Business Partners and after this I was progressed to a face-to-face interview. I had to book time off work at short notice to travel to Hammersmith. It took around 1.5 hrs and I met 5 different people who were mostly friendly. Unfortunately, it has been about a month and I have still not heard back, even after sending a polite email. I find this very rude and it completely contradicted the professional and high standard that they were insisting on for their HR team. I am not a difficult person and would have appreciated a "thanks but no thanks" type of email at the very least.

It was mostly going through my CV and background. I was also asked what I knew about the company.
