Need some career advice . Y.O.E -1 CTC-7 LPA I have been working as tester both manual and automatic for last 1 year. I am hating it. Client gave opportunity to become developer but manager refused to let me go unless I spend 18 months in current role. I want to become developer and reach above 20LPA asap. I am moderately good in DSA, learning Spring and Microservice. I am not getting any calls because of 90 days notice period and testing background. How do I get out of this black hole?

Is it a bad time to make a switch ,I talked to my sister who is in US and she says , it's not a good time to make a move as companies mostly are laying off and market is bad What are your thoughts , could it be risky ?

Hello fishes! Hope you're having a good day. Looking for some motivation here, feel lost. So, I've an interview tmw. I should be preparing & all but not feeling like it. Like i don't even know if i really want this job. I'm earning 3.6 LPA (2.4 YOE, tech stack: PHP/Laravel, Python/Django, JS, MongoDB, MySQL). Right now, i feel really anxious & uncertain.
