Hello there, I observed one thing. Non Hindi speaking people find it very hard to work in Indian IT. There is this inherent culture to speak in Hindi all the time as many North Indians are in IT today. I work in a product based company in Bangalore and these folks often talk in Hindi in official meetings despite saying. Feels disrespectful. This is happening in Bangalore. Official mode of communication should be English but they are discriminatory.. Has anyone else been facing this?

Hello guys need suggestion. I have 5.5 years of experience with one company(with pf history) but to get job in this organisation I put 2 yr fake experience (no pf history). But now I switched to one of the reputed banking organisation where I put my real current exp only i-e 5.5 and put unemployment of 2 years prior to that .Will I get any issue in background verification even though I put real exp with correct pf. Please help me out.
