    Pros

You get out what you put in, it is a fast paced sales role with a good structure and clear progression.

There are frequent opportunities for FAM tips both overseas and in the UK alongside a vibrant social calendar.

    Cons

Communication from Board level down to Senior Management and below on the sales floor could be improved.

    Advice to Management

Implement an improved structure for communication from the top down within the new structure implemented in recent months.

    Application

I applied through a staffing agency. The process took a week. I interviewed at Your Golf Travel.

    Interview

Very disappointing interview and a complete waste of time. Had to wait 30 min for my interview without anyone giving information how long I have to wait. I had to contact the Recruiter and say how unprofessional it was handled.

    Interview Questions

    • Had the interview with HR and a Manager, who expressed negative emotions over the fact that I have been travelling around Europe and changed different positions within the same industry. Nevertheless I was told they don`t believe I will be able to handle the job, which makes me wonder why did you call me on first place, after seeing my CV, did they expect that I would have skills/knowledge not mentioned there.   Answer Question
