Hello there, I observed one thing. Non Hindi speaking people find it very hard to work in Indian IT. There is this inherent culture to speak in Hindi all the time as many North Indians are in IT today. I work in a product based company in Bangalore and these folks often talk in Hindi in official meetings despite saying. Feels disrespectful. This is happening in Bangalore. Official mode of communication should be English but they are discriminatory.. Has anyone else been facing this?

Hey fishes , is there anyone who left a better package just to join a better brand? I did that recently and I’m kinda feeling guilty of leaving so much amount …. :(

Does brand value really has an impact in getting a job? Like if someone has worked in Oracle, Walmart, Cisco like companies and someone else has worked on a couple of startups and service MNCs. Will that make any difference while trying to make a switch in future?

Just wanted to know the average monthly in-hand with fixed salary , is this somewhat true? 19lpa - 1.4L 18lpa - 1.3L 16lpa - 1.05-1.10L 14lpa - 90k 12lpa - 80k 10lpa - 70k
