    Application

The process took 1 day. I interviewed at athenahealth (Bengaluru) in October 2017.

    Interview

To start with, this was the best interview experience I ever had.

The day starts with a programmatic assignment which we need to complete in given time. Once completed, we need to demo the same to a panel and describe the implementation. This is followed by a technical interview with the panel, then followed by a discussion with Senior Manager/Architect.

The final round of interview includes a Learning Capability round, where you are asked to prepare about a given topic. The materials will be provided by them, and we need to discuss the same with the panel. The day ends with a discussion with VP.

The entire process happens in a weekend.
