I have been working at censhare full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

It's been only a few days since I joined. Therefore, reviewing the hiring process I went through.

There were total of 6 rounds:

    1. Telephonic Interview(Technical).
    2. Face2Face Interview(Technical).
    3. Machine Test(Technical).
    4. Basic call with Technical Head(On-site).
    5. Discussion with Business Head.
    6. Discussion with HR.

Though it seems a lengthy process, but everything was quick and efficient. I was given proper time and attention by the HR. I had to visit the facility twice for couple of hours. The rest was communicated through emails and calls and the whole hiring process completed within a week.

    Cons

Did not experience any cons so far.

    Advice to Management

Have not worked long enough to advise management.

I went through 5 rounds throughout the recruitment and that includes :

1.) Written test : In total 7 Java programs, out of which, 3 were mandatory. I did 4 out of them.
2.) F2F techincal interview of around 30-35 minutes.
3.) Managerial Technical interview call discussion that took around 30-35 minutes.
4.) F2F discussion with Manager and Head of Censhare India Pvt Ltd.

    Interview Questions

    • In my techincal F2F interview, I was asked the explanation of all the questions attempted and few more questions that were basically asked to judge the core knowledge of Java and J2EE and level of interview questions were more than average.
And few questions were asked regarding the REST Webservices that were not very tough.   1 Answer
