I have been working at iManage full-time (Less than a year)

1.B2B has been a wonderful and a unique experience so far as my job role is pretty new and unique. Something which I have never worked for. So the initial training, systematic briefing about the role. Continuous awareness of my JD has been great.
    2. The entire work flows are well defined, planned sales training, systematic approach in my day to day job has been a well planned thought process which I didn't experience anytime before in any of the companies I have worked so far
    3. Pretty supportive manager, mutually supportive colleagues and flat hierarchy is one thing which I found out to be highly appreciating.
    4. Company has been pretty transparent in creating awareness about the Covid-19 situation, how the business is going on, what are the future plans. Paycuts were never announced which becomes the need of the hour!
    5. Interviews to join the organisation was pretty tough and was pretty well defined which is where I was totally happy. Remuneration and hike was a pleasant but a meaningful surprise. Probably the best decision I took to join iManage over the offer I had in hand during Jan 2020 given the current unusual and unstable job situation in India.
    6. HR team though is small has been pretty understanding, patient in addressing the concerns so far.
    7. Hoping for a longer and a brighter tenure here at iManage

Haven't found any cons as of now.

    Advice to Management

Keep up the good work. Keep being transparent. Keep telling the employees how they need to be planning their future better to the company. iThrive has been a great step towards that. Office hours and Town hall has been transparent to employees which is why the trust building process is great.

    Neutral Experience
    Difficult Interview

I applied online. The process took 4+ weeks. I interviewed at iManage in April 2020.

Recruiter called me after shortlisting my application and scheduled interview after briefing about the company
3 rounds - Technical round with Lead Engineer which I cleared and was asked to develop a web application and submit in 24 hours as an assignment, which I cleared and later was scheduled a managerial round - In this round manager asked more questions irrelevant to the position
