Pros

The only pro is they buy lunch on Fridays

There is a lot of bullying on the job, people get overlooked, they pick and choose who they like and pick on who they don't. Some ppl get work overload and some get nothing. Very unfortunate. There is no HR. Nothing runs smoothly every day you hear nothing but problems. 30 ppl have come and gone in one year, everyone is new there. It is a hostile environment. It's the most disfunctional place I ever worked for. If you want to work for a miserable place, work here. I wish I would if listened to the reviews. Huge mistake!

The amount of opportunity here to express your creative talents is boundless. 1SourceVideo works with companies in the video industry both small and large, including some of the biggest manufacturers like BlackMagic, Fujinon, Delkin, Tokina, and more… as well as resellers like B&H, Adorama, and hundreds of others. In the time I’ve been with 1SourceVideo, we have come up with great ideas to support these companies marketing efforts, and there has been so much support from the leadership at the company to keep pushing the envelope into new markets, new media channels, and new ideas. If you have the drive, the work ethic, and the creativity to create best in class content, this is a phenomenal team to join!

Cons

The commute is about an hour from the NYC area where I live, but even that is manageable. Sometimes there is some time pressure to get things done, but in the creative world, that’s always the case.
