    Not a good company to work with. Not recommended for experienced. Abusive language used by ceo very long working hours No respect for employees

    False claims, they never stay on their words. they don't even follow terms and conditions of their own offer letter and use every possible way to torture and harrash their employees.

    Good for freshers willing to learn new tech

    Cons

    Worst management 12-14 hours daily work Both Ceo talk very badly with employees, sometimes uses abusive language too. No appreciation for your work Late salary with unjustified deductions You have to seek permission from Ceo everyday before leaving office even if its 12 in night. This company is more of like a school. Experienced people stay away, or else you are going to regret for sure.

The worst mistake you have done in this false review is that the designation you hold is not even exist in this company :D This company never worked with an iOS developer ever and nor we have this position in the company since it's establishment. But I still appreciate your time trying putting us down. God bless you !

    Pros

    I got the quite interesting learning platform here. The faculty at 75way are highly qualified and they also support all students from beginning to end at every point. 75way gives an opportunity to Under Graduates and PG’s to give a head start to their career in Software field by their interactive training session’s. Im so glad that I am in Java Developer training batch of 75way as I am learning various new things everyday which will be very useful for boost my efficiency in working environment.

    You will get the experience to work with worst organization.

    Cons

    1. All project, process are miss managed. very poor management. 2. Blood sucking company, long work hours, minimum pay. 3. Salary is on 15th. 4. If you get 5 minutes late they cut your salary. 5. Zero work life balance. 6. Most of internal and external portal, tools are buggy, not working. 7. Give's your false verification to other organisations.

    Thanks for your response. Not sure who got such frustrated with us but never had this issue in the past 3 years at least. But anyway, I would try to be more clear and made the necessary corrections to each of your point based on current structure : 1. All project, process are miss managed. very poor management. > 75way Response : We accept this as it was very hard to manage projects with non deserving candidates because of our wrong hiring and hence necessary action taken since Jan 2022 as we refined our process of hiring to be more precise and hence we don't have this issue anymore. 2. Blood sucking company, long work hours, minimum pay. > 75way Response : We accept this also and we have refined our payroll even for freshers since Jan 2022 as if we are precise in our requirements for right candidate for right position so we must compensate them well doesn't matter if they are freshers or experienced. Check the current payroll with HR team and you will find it under top 5% paying companies now. 3. Salary is on 15th. > 75way Response : Correct information, but now this has been revised to 7th of each month w.e.f 2023. 4. If you get 5 minutes late they cut your salary. > 75way Response : 100% False information as this has never happened even if you were 25 minutes late. Please be honest in your review. 5. Zero work life balance. > 75way Response : 100% False information. Come and ask current team about their work life how company has always been contributing to make it better each day. 6. Most of internal and external portal, tools are buggy, not working. > 75way Response : Not sure what you are referring here so I would rather skip it instead of being dishonest. 7. Give's your false verification to other organisations. > 75way Response : Never ever happened with genuine employees. Not sure about your case. if you can disclose your identity then it would sound more promising. Currently it looks like you are just trying to put anything without any context. I wish you all the best considering you had worked with us.

    Pros

    75way technologies is an industry interrupting, growth company in IT sector. The cultures is young, dynamic, but not reckless. Management is open with all employees and values contribution and consistenly demonstrate a commitment. The benefits and work environment are steller. It is a company that comprises of a healthy mix of professionals.

    No cons, company is very good and management takes care of everyone employee.

    Let's start with fake reviews wich are written by their HR or by himself because they want to damage control here. I am writing this review because I want you people to join call centre instead of joining this company if you are in very badly need a job. How cool is to write 9 to 6 but it never happened, according to them it just 6 where are you leaving, this work is pending, do this, do that,. Every day story They have hire and fire policy which means till the time project is in their hand you required and when project is over your job will also over😁😁 Try to check to check indeed vacancy is always open it is not because they have lots of work no no no no a big no, because of the behaviour of the company owner no body will stay for more then 6 months sometimes 3😁 I am in good mood today so I am not writing whole story just a glimpse what happened in my journey I write here and just want to save my friend and also you people I am writing this review, because my friend want to join here so I think let me write something about 75wayTechnologies.

But since this position meets with our company list of positions so I would be happy to respond to each point you mentioned. 1. Let's start with fake reviews which are written by their HR or by himself because they want to damage control here. 75way Response > If that's the case, we would have write more positives reviews over negative to make the damage control. I would have more happy if the identity seems real to me as that way we can be more precise in our conversation as everyone in this world have different experience with different companies. With that said, not everyone can have good experience in every company and nor every company can have good experience with every employee. 2. I am writing this review because I want you people to join call centre instead of joining this company if you are in very badly need a job. 75way Response > It's better to be at a call centre position if you can't understand your own position in the company or you don't deserve to be at that position. Because engineering is not about needing a job. That's true ! So we must be having a wrong hiring at wrong position and hence you might end up with having a bad experience here. I am so sorry about that but we have rectified our recruitment process since Jan 2022 so that must fix this. 3. How cool is to write 9 to 6 but it never happened, according to them it just 6 where are you leaving, this work is pending, do this, do that,. Every day story 75way Response > Definitely 9-6 would never happen if you can't deliver 6 hours worth of work (considering the employee experience and expertise) in given 8 hours or even in 10-12 hours. It never happened that after 6 given a new stuff to any employee. Please be honest in your reviews. Here is the every day process for other's information to know more about us: - Task list scrum happen daily morning - Tasks are assigned to developer asking them to estimate the timeframe so that they are comfortable with it - 15-30 minutes extra given to them as a buffer in each task so that they don't fall behind - Total 6-7 worth of task is assigned to developer to deliver in 8 hours (considering 6-7 hours estimated by them and not the project manager or team leader) - If they fails to deliver everyday, then mentorship about a good time estimation and time management is taught to them so that we improve it for the betterment of either side (not a harsh decision taken) - Lot of time it happens in a month, if someone is not able to deliver the estimated task then we automatically move it to the next day considering they have a good work life balance - But if a delivery is sticked to that task for a particular day then no compromise to shift it to next day (which happens usually with everybody once or twice a month but even in that case either seniors or CTO looks around the things himself so that the delivery can be fastened). But just check one thing, whose responsibility it was actually? Still we try to encourage people to communicate well so that things do not repeat again. If correcting your mistakes is a mistake then I am sorry we will keep repeating this mistake. - Simple thing : If you can't take your own responsibility then no body else is going to take it for you for ever (sometimes it always understood and reasonable). 4. They have hire and fire policy which means till the time project is in their hand you required and when project is over your job will also over😁😁 75way Response > - Tell me one company name who doesn't fire their employee? I would be honest and not potrey the false hopes or things that we don't fire. - 100% False information - "till the time project is in their hand". A company would always try retain their employees if they are doing good or even average I would say. But if a person was hired for some specific role in a project and he/she became a reason to shut down the whole project because of repeatedly very bad performance and poor delivery and that cause the damages to other colleagues who was working on same project. Then what do you expect a company to do for you? I guess you should have your answer by now. 5. Try to check to check indeed vacancy is always open it is not because they have lots of work no no no no a big no, because of the behaviour of the company owner no body will stay for more then 6 months sometimes 3 75way Response > 100% False Information, please come and see lot of people are working for more than 3 years and some are more than 5 years also. Closing positions on Indeed or any other portal doesn't mean it is not fulfilled FYI. Hope this helps everyone to know more about company side !

    Learning opportunities but under immense pressure Friendly colleagues

    Cons

    No work life balance Fake promises Hidden policies and salary deduction. They have their own rules to calculate salary and deduction that they only understand. No process. Just work work and work. You will have no personal life. They don't care if you have any health issues or a family also. No trust on employees. They think for getting maximum output, employees should be kept threatened. No job security. They can fire you anytime.

Fake promises > 75way Response : Never ever happened that Fake promises are made. Please be honest in your reviews if you are a real identity worked with us. Tell us more about what promise was made which was not fulfilled to make it more transparent conversation and I am happy to contribute. We never make false promises. Since the beginning of the interview process, we are 100% transparent to each and every single term and stay on the words. 3. Hidden policies and salary deduction. They have their own rules to calculate salary and deduction that they only understand. > 75way Response : 100% False information. Here in this point I can assure that this is not a real person identity so if you were/are ever a part of this organisation then you must not have write about this. As we are proud of our transparency. 4. No process. Just work work and work. You will have no personal life. They don't care if you have any health issues or a family also. > 75way Response : 100% False information. Not sure how many examples we can write here where we can easily proof this information as false but we don't want to express the things we do for our employees. You can come and check with current team what they say about health issue or family issues. We even help them. So again your this point proves that it is a fake identity who didn't work with us and just writing anything 5. No trust on employees. They think for getting maximum output, employees should be kept threatened. > 75way Response : Trust comes with work between every employee and employer in this world. Unless you have worked with us, we can't trust definitely. Regarding "threatened", nobody can threat you if you know you are right fit for your own position. 6. No job security. They can fire you anytime. > 75way Response : Tell me one company name who don't take actions if the performance kept going poor repeatedly for a particular employee. Job security always comes with your regular work ethics and performance and not with fake verbal commitments. I am considering myself also as a part of this statement if that helps you to understand. The only thing I will add on here : we never fired even a single employee even in covid. It has always been done because of repetition of very poor performance despite of correcting them several times unless it cause damages to the projects. Deserving one's would understand this simply ! Hope this helps everyone to know more about company side !
