      Pros

Great pay (more on that in cons), great culture, great industry. Learned a ton and learn more everyday.

      Cons

We are so under staffed that I do 4-5 people’s jobs all day everyday and can never do my own job correctly, causing me to be behind constantly. Great pay but too many hours. Need to figure out how to have a 40 hour work week like 90% of competitors. No beard policy is pointless. It’s 2021

      Pros

      Decent salary for higher positions.

      Cons

Toxic work environment which includes working in extremely hot temperatures, no breaks allowed, upper management speaks abusively to employees, work space does not follow OSHA standards. There is no room for career advancement. Company is concerned with profit. When issues are addressed or concerns are presented, upper management belittles employees. There is no work-life balance.

Thank you for your feedback. Our fulltime associates work at least 48 hours per week. This is a fulltime job with at least 8 hours of overtime a week. This leads to a bigger paychecks than working at someplace that offers you only 25 or 30 hours.
