    Pros

    Helpful coworkers and a positive work environment, strong in FMCG and auto sectors, as well as procurement and cost reduction related projects.

    Cons

    As compared to the other consulting firms, narrower breadth of opportunities. Higher initial salary but fewer benefits and perks. Brand recognition in India still an issue compared to McKinsey and BCG.

    Great Work/Life Balance
    Relaxed Environment
    Lots of learning about different industries

    Cons

    Leadership has no idea what it is doing.
    Work gets very boring very fast.
    The time-management tool in the end of every month is a mess.

    Advice to Management

    Stop treating the Indian researchers as professional googlers that copy and paste reports. Research should be about creating value for the projects.
