Department management could use some major work, no guidance on job duties whatsoever. Everything moves super slow due to the bureaucracy integrated into the company. Measly raises. Annual reviews are a joke where you have to "review yourself". Mediocre to below average pay relative to other companies. No opportunities for advancement. High turnover rate.
