    Corporate policies are good and work culture is good.

    Cons

    If you get good Business leader (applicable certain practices only), it's worth working here. Else they will screw like anything, BL's have supreme power, Management never care for Junior and middle level ppl.

    Advice to Management

    Make Client Managers as Individual Contributors and untag Research Associate.

    ABC Consultants is a very good company and work culture. They have very intelligent set of people and I learnt a lot while working. They are undoubtedly the best when it comes to recruitment consulting.

    Cons

    Lack of career development program. Growth is more supervisor dependent than performance dependent Individual performance is not recognised unless your supervisor is also performing well and is willing to present your case favourably to the management

    Advice to Management

    They need to put in place a robust career development program and implement it effectively. It will ensure that people are driven towards some purpose. They need to closely look at work/recognition ratio since there is no co-relation between work done and recognition received (monetary/ non-monetary)
