    Cons

    Working with the union is a nightmare. Depending on the terminal, very minimal support from management. Hours are TERRIBLE. Working on a loading dock is not fun.

    Zero deduction insurance, up to six weeks vacation plus five personal days. Easy to make $2k a week. Paid for wait time, paid for penalties occasionally too.

    Company seems to be short on trucks every summer.
