Great people. Flat structure so lots of interaction with Sr. Management. Exposure to tons of different tasks and functions. Great place to learn a trade.
Cons
Low pay compared to other companies in the area. Uncertainty due to constant restructuring and lay offs in the past years. No clear path to grow into a Sr. Position. Very much a boys club in Sr. Management. Severely understaffed in many departments leading to insane work loads even for Jr. positions.

Pros
Never apply at this company, lot of discrimination. You are only appreciated if you have been with the company for more than 5 years. You work there as an slave. They never appreciate your work effort. Never encourage you. Top management they don't know what the departments are doing. They don't care about regular employees.
Cons
ACCO is the worse company to work for. if you try to complaint you will be fired immediately. Lot of discrimination. You are not secure. Lot of lay offs every year and we are talking about 100s of lay offs
