ACH is driven by someone who is passionate & have clear vision. Great exposure for someone who is at early stage of his career. You get to work with some of the fortune 500 companies. If you have willingness to learn , you can ask for more responsibility & you would surely be considered. You get to deal with clients directly. Right talent will get focus.
Cons
1. Great for beginners. However need to do more to attract experienced, aspirational & best talent or it may just be like team members coming to get pay check & incentives. Of course you will meet numbers, but work will not be fun 2. Work should be more fun. Create an aspirational brand 3. Compensation can be better & hygiene factors not to be compromised. Otherwise its fantastic !

Being a Fresher in the Recruitment industry got a very good exposure with respect to BD, Client meetings, candidate meetings. Also got an opportunity to work on all Senior mandates with renowned companies in the Consumer vertical. All credibility goes to the CEO of the company, he is a gem and well known person in the industry with very good connects with the clients as well as Senior level candidates. He is approachable and always keen to groom, guide and motivate you. Have closely worked with him on senior roles and have learnt a lot from him.
Cons
old employees should be approachable to the new comers and have professional etiquette while communicating with their co-workers

Money is what everyone needs, not only u but even we.
Cons
CEO is enemy of his own employees, never appreciate good performances, never gives salary on time, everyday he comes up with new ideas to mentally torque his employees, never ready to give incentives, on bloody big picture in the beginning but later he comes on his "aukat". Inspite of working in big organisation, what the hell has he learn. If u want money so do we.
