A small family business environment that takes pride in helping their clients to better manage their business administrative services needs. Generally, a friendly environment of mainly women and mostly male leadership. Average pay expectations and decent benefits package. Cross-training encouraged.
Family business bias is less corporate in performance expectations. Poor communications standards means you have to work to figure out who's doing what and when. Some departments have micromanaging tendencies and not open to critique.Continue reading

Lots of autonomy, some of the people were okay to work with, the CEO is fantastic!
No training, no leads, no support! They give you a sales person whose not talented at managing or teaching to train you, which was simply visiting his old clients not learning how to prospect for this particular business which is regulated. Owner is nice but resistant to change and technology. This company you thrive old school way which is fitting in if you don't fit in and kiss butt, then you're on their list to get fired!Continue reading

This company will go the extra mile to live up to committments to clients and employees, and has a solid 20 year game plan for growth and profit, not a short term mindset. Even in the most recent economic downturn nationally, the company has continued to grow with profit and has excellent target markets in the educational and medical client base fields.
A regional company, not in every state, locations only in the Southeast. Though there have been plans to grow outside the southeastern U.S., they have not developed as fast as hoped, primarily in the Southwestern states.Continue reading
