Not good hike for tenure associates
26 Nov 2021 - Senior Consultant in HyderābādRecommendCEO ApprovalBusiness OutlookPros
1. Allows work from home.2. Salary on time.
Cons
1.Reducing associates benefits by day eg. Grade link benefits of 55000 once every 3 years. 2.Do not give good hikes to tenure associates. 3.On putting resignation you may get 50% hike with immediate effect but tenure associates won't get good hike and salary correction even after follwoing up from last 5 years.

Pros
- Flexible timings - Work from home - Decent brand name
Cons
- Legacy products using atleast 10-15 years old technologies. - Very Slow to none in adoption of the latest technology/products/tools. - If you stay here for more than a year, guaranteed you'll became out of touch with the market technology trend. - Since they have legacy products , very low chance to get the new development work , mostly it is production bug fixes. - Management wont give you time to think or talk about the design/approach for the development work you do and later when things fails they will blame you for the same. - Many of the middle management are here from long time and they are not aware how fast the technological landscape has changed and what are the new practices adapted by other organisations. - There are only mediocore people managers with no vision who are good politicians and - Switching teams is next to impossible. - HR policies are okay..ish. - Facilities are pathetic for any level of organisation standards.

Good company but limited professional growth opportunities
4 Dec 2015 - Program Manager in HyderābādRecommendCEO ApprovalBusiness OutlookPros
Good salary, benefits, company policies, flexi-work hours, work from home option (in genuine cases), work-life balance (in some projects), grade-linked benefits, stock options for leaders/managers, cab facility, gym, wellness center, etc.
Cons
Weak senior management with very poor style of working. Some treat subordinates unethically and get away with it. They do not bother about people at ground level and turn a blind eye and deaf ear to the problems faced by the middle management. Extremely weak HR body which works in the shadow of the top management and seldom show backbone of their own.
