very collaborative, encourages everyone to contribute ideas starting with the most junior analysts. Partners actually like each other and are comped on overall company performance so there isn't the typical conflict you see in other financial organizations. Excellent due diligence processes and deal reviews. Intensely focused on finding differentiated investment theses that will get a company to out-perform. Mature enough to work through inevitable road bumps.
Cons
Under the radar and understated as a firm, so if that's important to you, it may not be a fit.
- Former Employee★★★★★

Good pay, friendly people overall, great benefits
Cons
no upward mobility for the "lower-ranks", your job duties will increase but your title and level will remain unchanged, very discouraging place to work especially if you're a woman.
