Pros
Opportunity to travel - inclusive culture and fair promotion opportunities

Very poor work life balance with multiple changes of direction and changes occurring on a very regular basis….

Pros
Benefits are amazing. Co-workers were easy to work with. Work life balance was fine for the most part (software development units all have bad weeks). Very low attrition in our unit.
Cons
Low pay, mountains of red tape. Trying to get access to an Oracle database took nearly a month and about seven phone calls. We didn't switch from Windows XP to Windows 7 until 2013. Senior management seemed to rotate once every 18 months or so - there was no consistent strategy.
