Pros

-Working from home -Free parking

Cons

-They discriminate against women over the age of 35. They only want young female employees. -They discriminate against women in regards to promotions. They man-splain to you that they know what's best for you. -They fire female employees quickly, but promote male employees even when those male employees were warned multiple times about their inappropriate behavior. -There is massive favoritism, and you constantly have to suck up to your manager if you want to keep your job. -They have weak, inexperienced managers who act like you owe them something or that you should be grateful to be in their glorious presence. You have to constantly listen to them tell you how great they are or what great things they accomplished at their previous companies. Yawn!

Great Coworkers, Poorly Managed

Pros

Decent pay, nice enough office, great coworkers, direct supervisors were and are good people, honorable mission.

Cons

Highly unstable (3 rounds of layoffs in one year), executive "leadership" are either bullies or cowards and seem to be detached from reality, very compartmentalized, poor benefits, raises/promotions planned for the beginning of 2023 hadn't finished by the end of 2023, absolutely no culture.

Pros

The mission of AMP is awesome, if only they actually cared about it and it wasn't just a nice blurb on a website.

Cons

AMP has done layoffs two Decembers in a row. The executive team is never laid off, but the people who do the actual work are let go. The company is extremely dysfunctional with constant fighting within the executive leadership team. They are an absolute joke and no one respects them.
