Early morning shift(can start between 3am-6am) One of the worst leave policy & employee benefits offered here. You are expected to support whenever the team needs, but you shouldn't expect any leave support when you need it You will lose performance points if you take sick leave No value for an employee's life outside work Very rigid management If you are okay to compromise on leave policy and employee wellbeing, okay with a rigid management and early morning shift, okay with micromanagement then you can survive pretty much
