I have been working at AO full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

Values and focus exist and are evident at all levels, multiple internal development opportunities with training & career changes/progression available, a fast paced exciting environment, diverse and inclusive with an excellent culture, great employee perks, focused and dedicated colleagues. Hard to not become immersed in the journey. Overall a team/family feel throughout all areas of the business, difficult to find reasons why someone wouldn't want to be a part of it all.

    Cons

Honestly not too many that i could name that would put me off recommending AO as an employer! Salary could be an issue depending on role/location and expectations. However, overall a great company to work for.

    Advice to Management

Continue investing in people and the future as well as customer focus, everyone has a common goal and together we can achieve it.

I have been working at AO full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

A great projects community. A really friendly, caring and passionate bunch and strong community spirit. Overall a great company to work for, always looking to improve and grow and, from my personal experience, doors are always open to discuss your thoughts and ideas. There is a strong focus on personal development and lots of support to attend talks etc as well as internal and external training . On top of that there are good benefits, a nice office and the Parklands office is not in the centre of Manchester for those who find Manchester a difficult commute.

    Cons

Car park is about a 10 minute walk away. Most of the time its fine but not that much fun during a storm!
