8 Apr 2022 - Global Industry Services in Washington, DCRecommendCEO ApprovalBusiness OutlookPros
Salary, benefits, vacation package ok.
Cons
Was a real pleasure to work here once but no more. Mid- & upper-level management care only about their own resumes. Usual new hires now are "friends", whether qualified or not so you're usually backfilling someone else's work. My department has lost a few people who didn't want to deal with a toxic manager, HR has known for a long time but don't do anything. Little to no advancement opportunities, especially of you're over 40. If you want to feel unappreciated, belittled and bullied, join up.
