I'm glad you find ARIN a good, employee friendly place to work! Please do not hesitate to reach out to me if you want to discuss timing and increment concerns - I'm not sure I understand exactly your point but want to hear more and will address if possible. /John

For the sake of equitable treatment of all employees, ARIN is a performance-based work environment, and that may not be suitable for all prospective applicants.
Great place to be a developer.
Engineers respected by management.
Good collaboration between development and QA.
Expected to accomplish things and appreciated when you do.
Good training and mentoring process for junior programmers.
Consistent push to upgrade tools and apply best practices.
I left due to a move for family reasons. Otherwise I would still be working there!
Cons
Kind of crowded in terms of work space and scheduling of meetings, but they are moving to a larger space soon, so that should no longer be an issue.
