- Client-centric teams combined with a Covid-19 working from home era makes it challenging to connect with co-workers in different geographical locations and clients

Dynamic organization with plenty of engagements and opportunities for an individual to grow. Very supportive management who listen, care and communicate very effectively, keeps the employees well informed about the company's whereabouts. It provides flexible working conditions, appropriate trainings and enablement opportunities, focuses on emerging technologies and strive for excellence in customer service.

Probably better pay scale and hike.
