Former SMS consultants genuinely upheld and lived the company values. Collegiate collaboration was exceptional, although less encouraged now. Free fruit and coffee if you are in HQ.
Cons
Management value profit over delivery quality. Consultants often out of their depth, delivering poor quality outcomes without QA or assistance. Profit margins are valued over resourcing with experienced consultants. Management do not honour KPI incentive promises or support professional development. Pay rises are not given, even to high achievers. Utilisation lulls are treated as a performance management problem - no job security.
