Pay on time not a hard job just make sure your doing your job friendly staff benefits: (401K, health, dental, vision etc.

my schedule stays the same i work 2-10 pm 4 days out the week there is no time to have a personal life . it can get boring from time to time. Pay is okay it should be more for doing security.

Cons
Security industry is prone to acquisitions from competitors. I was laid off after ASG was acquired by Protection 1 Security. The benefits were good, but expensive. There is high turnover in sales.

Positive environment, fair commissions and ability to set own schedule. Sky's the limit if you are willing to work hard, smart and are able to gain full knowledge of all products you can sell.
Cons
No salary after initial 3 month draw so it's a must to remain consistent to avoid low paychecks. Process could be more automated to lessen paperwork.
