8 Jan 2019 - Service Technician in Beltsville, MDRecommendCEO ApprovalBusiness OutlookPros
Learned alot and had opportunity to get certifications. Challenging work.
Cons
Raises not on par with inflation. Employees not rewarded for loyalty. Also no raises for gaining certificates or for completing training. Numbers based rewards system that doesn’t reward senior techs for their contributions. Also, all service techs service all accounts- residential, commercial, and fire. Sink or swim mentality with poor onboarding. Bad record keeping, often sent to service customers without knowing what system to expect.

Not very good employer
11 Oct 2018 - Security Guard in Toronto, ONRecommendCEO ApprovalBusiness OutlookPros
Can't think of one.
Cons
Dispatcher dishonest about specific site description and duties required at specific site. Uniforms are expensive. Have to pay for own training to work on construction sites where gas heaters are used. Have to travel far to get to work sites.
- Former Employee, more than 1 year★★★★★
Pros
Work by yourself alot. Not much else.
Cons
Many , safety is a Joke to protect the company not the worker. Force you to buy uniform items that cost close to $300.00 ????? New Canadians are taken advantage of. Workers who work night shift come to work to sleep. Disgrace. They give you a hard time on your last cheque. Staff are not trained. Relief is rarely on time. Clients beware.
