      1. New Leadership with extremely talented Executive Leadership. 2. Relaxed work environment free of any kind of office politics. 3. Very good, helpful and talented colleagues. 4. Quality of work is extremely good , Product development across locations not just maintenance and enhancement kind of work.

      New office so few things are needed to be arranged.

      Great place for playing carroms. If you are talkative, it will be good for you.

      Cons

      - There is no one to ask about your problems. - No place for hard working people. - Your manager will not come to know whatever you work. - No transparency between employees and top level management. - No learnings. - No team culture. I joined 2 years ago. On the joining day, I got my laptop and everything. On the same day, they gave just few info about the product and next day, started assigning the stories. If you work on a feature, then the bugs will come to you only until you leave the company. - You can't learn anything new since they are using old technologies - If you are absent on a day, your co-workers will never know about it and they don't have a process to keep the co-workers in "CC" of the leave email. - Managers doesn't know anything. You have to beg product team if you get a requirement.

      Cons

      No work from home (If urgent, need to approval from Team Lead, HR, Manager etc) Micro Mangement to the extreme No Pantry or Dorm facility No proper organisation goals Manager/HR decides everything
