      You will never learn anything!

      Pros

Great place for playing carroms. If you are talkative, it will be good for you.

      Cons

      - There is no one to ask about your problems. - No place for hard working people. - Your manager will not come to know whatever you work. - No transparency between employees and top level management. - No learnings. - No team culture. I joined 2 years ago. On the joining day, I got my laptop and everything. On the same day, they gave just few info about the product and next day, started assigning the stories. If you work on a feature, then the bugs will come to you only until you leave the company. - You can't learn anything new since they are using old technologies - If you are absent on a day, your co-workers will never know about it and they don't have a process to keep the co-workers in "CC" of the leave email. - Managers doesn't know anything. You have to beg product team if you get a requirement.

      Pros

Very nice colleagues, salary was paid on time.

      Cons

Insufficient development in the products; for the most part they are not up to date and not competitive. Too little investments in marketing, development, project management. No pioneering spirit. Weak product management

      Pros

Good technology but they need to consolidate pieces and parts to make a better whole. Decent pay but not what you can live on

      Cons

poor leadership and management... no vision for anything

      Pros

The new CEO doesn't seem to be an egomaniac like Art. The board is still in place and hopefully keeping an eye on Art's leftover minions. Employees are no longer required to punch a time clock (aka the badging system).

      Cons

Too many of Art's minions still in upper management. No salary increases in 7 years, which doesn't seem to concern upper management or the new CEO. Another salary survey - really?! That was done previously with no results shared with employees AND no raises. The new CEO (remote) doesn't seem to support employees working remotely. The idea of face-to-face meetings is a little outdated since many teams are comprised of people in different locations.

      Fascinating but Terrible

      Pros

I guess it is a paycheck but honestly you would be better off elsewhere

      Cons

Just shocking management. Former CEO hugely egotistical and therefore surrounded himself with 'yes' man and woman. There are so many incidents that shock me and too many to list. It is no surprise the CEO was bounced out, the only surprise is how long the company lasted before imploding. I will watch with interest what happens post Art Allen but the underlying and fundamental issues prevail. Terrible products - terrible management - no direction - no moral compass... I hope for the sake of the existing employees that things improve.

      Pros

Naples facilities are nice. Most of your immediate peers are professional and have a strong work ethic. Literally, that's all I can think of without getting sarcastic.

      Cons

Lower-than-average pay. A four-day-work-week that won't die. Poor upper management (no respect, no communication, and no interest in dialog) Uneven treatment of departments. Read the rest of the comments and postings that DIDN'T come from ASG HR...most of them are pretty accurate.
