      Good schedule. Works around personal needs like picking up kids or doctors appointments. Input from employees is taken seriously by management.

      Cons

      There are a lot of projects every week. The company is really busy so there really aren’t slow weeks.

      Really great people with management that encourage personal development and growth. Wonderful experience working with true professionals. Lot's of opportunities for training and promotion. The clients are usually very happy with the results, so that makes them nice to talk to.

      The company is very focused on deadlines. There can be a win at all costs attitude. Management puts clients needs above employees.

      Great for people without a degree or prior experience. It is in a great location and has some large clients to work on

      Cons

      Hardly anything to work on when you start. Constantly trying to find things to work on or you end up doing research. Not a great place for anyone with prior knowledge or schooling. Pay is extremely low
