Pros

- Few interesting customer products are there. But most of the work is regarding mondäne service stuff. - Couple of years ago few good people were there. But all of them left now due to money oriented behaviour from management.

Cons

Where to start! - Management and HR is very egoistic. They can drop to any standard just to make their point. Let it be reducing your salary for no reason or not giving you hike even after appraisal just because you took one day unplanned leave. - As a startup AVIN accept projects which were rejected by other competitors just so that they can make money. most of these projects have deadlines which is humanly impossible to achieve. Management take all the decisions without considering technical perspective. And then cry over it when technically its not feasible. - Exiting procedure here is very bad. I know few people who were not given experience letters even after serving full notice period and completing their task. - After leaving HR gives bad feedback for almost everyone when new employer contacts them. - Salary can be delayed couple of days to a week. - No canteen or hotels nearby. And lunch time is fixed for all employees. - On paper work time is till 4 pm, but HR will literally call you for meeting if you leave one day before 7pm. - If you want to leave early even by an hour you will have to apply for half day leave. - If you can't complete your notice period then they will not give you experience letter for 6 months. (Read their T&C. A lot of weird stuff is there)

Pros

As a beginner, you can learn.

Cons

The management is very worst. Power is in the hands of the HR only its in Manager. Whatever, HR decides managers will accept. Politics is there for the different language people. They won't assign in the projects as easily. They won't give the relieving letter at the last day of your working. They will fire the employee's at any situation suddenly.

No pros observed here. Everything is political drama inside team, but higher authority doesn't know what happens inside the team.

Cons

They will hire you for specific work but will provide worst work Micro management managers Managers will make the people as their informers those who don't have good performance and torture the other people based on their informer inputs
