Allowances were delayed due to some lack of documents submitted. No revolving fund allocated. Abrupt scheduled may cause unprepared travel.

Cons

somewhat big discrepancy in the salary increase of employees due to the implementation of top 20%, Mid 30% & bottom 50% scheme. Also all bonuses were affected by this scheme.

Good benefits (14th month pay and performance bonus) HMO, VL, SL upon regularization They support trainings amd seminars for employees.

Cons

Long working hours (unpaid OT usually) The boss micromanages everything. The culture and working environment is quite toxic. The book of entities is a disaster. High turnover of employees.
