We have a terrific work environment with an open door policy. Everyone is just a call away and work collaboratively. The company is growing and is undertaking some cutting edge projects right now (I believe the only company with real AI/ML projects) which is encouraging to see. The NAVIK suite is doing great which makes this company one of a kind in the industry where they are successfully combining data, analytics and technology. The company is in the niche group of "Serv"ware and this has been a result of a lot of hardwork. It is a proud time in the company right now with momentum for growth .

New project is coming then they will recruit and project is completed or failed immediately they will fire. In offer letter they will mention Parminent but that is not correct at any time they will fire without proper intimation.
