It was the biggest mistake of my life to start my career here.

Salary on time That's all I can think of
Cons
Leadership is invisible, rather than taking responsibility and ownership of the failures of their team they're more bend towards how to reach the top by crushing other by using cunning politics. Coming to managers, pheww this is a long list - no skills including people management, technology, helping junior level employees but on thing they excell at is stealing credit and playing the blame game. HR policies are as worst as the HR themselves. None of the HRs are interested in taking employees' grievances or even pay heed to the working conditions of the employees. They hire mindlessly without even acknowledging the fact that there is not enough space to accommodate these new employees in the office. Wfh is a joke just like the other policies - half day deducted each time you work from home but you have to work full time. Package is also a joke - bonus included in your CTC, 18 months bond and they ask for money of you want to leave before that in the name of training you ( which they don't ). It is a humble request to anyone reading this, don't get fooled by the 5 or 4 star reviews because these are posted by the HR themselves since they know how bad their reputation is. Hope this helps! Best of luck.

Stop Blaming employees for your shortcomings.. Worst Experience

No Pros at all and I am not saying this almost everyone (except for the Managers & employees who are good for nothing but politics and taking advantage out of it) will accept this fact.
Cons
- No transparency at all. They ask you to address your problems to your mgr/Team lead/Sr. Mgr/HR but all of them just hear your problems and give manipulative answers instead of solutions - if you are here you will have to work with the Lowest Salary in the market. Everything is related to money, they give you free ice-creams, naariyal pani and expect you to be content with it but I can't survive on that - No work-life balance. You are expected to and will have to work for long hrs(18-19 hrs at a stretch; 12 hrs is normal on a daily basis) and if u refuse to u are given a negative rating and a negative feedback. - Not at all safety measures for Women. If you are working late in office, they expect you to take a radio cab and leave at your own risk. they will pay you later for the cab though but is this safe? Chances of getting work from home are less - No appraisal or very very less appraisal. - No respect for an employee. Don't expect to be treated as an employee, u r just labor force for them - All the good employees of the company are leaving or will leave soon so it is getting worse

Intelligent Colleagues Good Projects Middle & upper Middle Management is fun to work with
Cons
Spouse owned company, No work life, Puppet HR (HR is owned by one of the co-founders who doesn't let the Director take decisions), doesn't know how to spend money on employees, short term vision, just wants to make money for themselves, very high attrition - knowledge drain, No Work from Home - WGH is considered to be a half day leave - but the owners themselves are not available in office when they are in India (beat this), no authority but all accountability, No AC's after 8 PM even during 45 degree summer season, Still small & shrinking smaller & plans to compete with Fractal & Mu-Sigma.

No transparency at all in the company. Poor management of HR and higher management.

The only best thing about this company is the extra curricular activities.
Cons
1- No transparency 2- Poor salary structure (bonus is inclusive in your CTC ) and you will never get it 100% untill you gets 5 star ratings which is almost impossible to achieve in this co. 3- work from home is a myth . You will never get WFH . Only managers can get it. (Point to remember- WFH means half day ) 4- 9 hours of staying in office(even you don't have work on that particular day) is the most annoying thing in this office . 5- I'm observing from last few years that this co. Completely exploits fresher's (just extending their internship period without any valid reasons, they just keep on delaying the process of making an intern permanent). 5- With 2 years this co. Has fallen from top to bottom due mismanagement, hr policies etc. 6- Growth is very limited in this company.

No work-life balance and pathetic HR policies
16 Nov 2018 - Anonymous EmployeeRecommendCEO ApprovalBusiness OutlookPros
Good learning opportunities, but only for freshers
Cons
-Worst HR policies, they treat you like animals and do not care about creating a professional and healthy work-environment. All they care about is employees spending 9 hours a day in the office. Seems like they are oblivious about the fact that this is an Analytics firm, not a call center. -No work from home. -No vision from senior management. All they think about is just the revenue.
Continue readingHi there, It is our constant endeavor to make this company a better place. A work week of 45 hours is standard across our industry and is not a change in policy but a reiteration of our working hours. Regards, Team Talent

Pros
Freshers can learn for initial 9-10 months here. After that, no use of staying here. But alas, they can 't leave because of 1.5 years bond.
Cons
- Nobody cares about quality of work, only about the number of hours you are staying in the office. - You get stuck to projects for years and do not learn anything new and seniors don't give a damn about your learning and growth - Illogical and not so employee friendly policies - half day leave is deducted if you work from home (Even if you are working whole day).

The worst place to be. Doesn’t even deserve 1 star.
25 May 2020 - ConsultantRecommendCEO ApprovalBusiness OutlookPros
There is no pro at all.
Cons
1) no job security - firing people as if it’s too normal 2) no WFH policy - they deduct 0.5 leave everytime you work from home which shows lack of trust on employees 3) no transport 4) need to complete exactly 9 hours each day whether you have work or not 5) politics at its best - the worst place to be, better stay unemployed than work here 6) the list goes on.........

Worst Culture. Please do not work here.

Decent pay. Free dinner. Forced one week leave at the end of the year. Coming out of one's own leave quota.
Cons
Too many. Charging fine for not filling timesheets. Using fine collected for csr and other fun activities instead of spending their own money. No transparency at all. Not paying bonuses and incremental salary on time. Do not encourage work from home. If at all one takes a wfh home and works whole day, half day leave is deducted from leave balance. Plus expect people to work over the weekends. Leadership doesn't trust their employees and vice versa. Not a place to work at any given point of career.

Director Talent
Thank you for sharing your feedback. We believe in continuous improvement and streamlining of our processes and practices - Our time sheet platform has evolved to ensure ease and convenience for on-time filing. Any delay in time- sheet completion directly impacts Finance processes and a penalty is levied only in cases where there is lack of discipline in completing the same. All funds collected through time- sheet penalties are disbursed to our NGO partner. - As an organisation, we don't encourage work from home because the nature of our projects demand continuous cross- practice collaboration. However in case you are required to work from home you have the flexibility to connect with your lead and seek necessary full day/ half day work from home approvals. - In case you have been asked to work on a weekend, I'm sure this might have been an one off case and for an urgent client deliverable need - you have the option of applying for a compensatory off. Trust, transparency and people care is our utmost priority. Please feel free to stop by for a chat and I can share some of the initiatives we have lined up. Regards, Niharika
