Started well (pre-2024) Talented and knowledgeable colleagues at the ground level Opportunity to gain experience in working with underdeveloped systems Good chance to test your resilience Clear career progression… if you’re willing to compromise your principles.
Cons
Industry expertise and qualifications are overlooked. Poorly developed software rolled out live, leading to regular crashes at critical moments. Management discourages raising valid concerns, often undermining staff publicly. Senior leadership misrepresents facts and statistics. Culture of fear and lack of psychological safety. Advancement seems linked more to compliance and silence than to skill or honesty.

- Great colleagues - Fully remote - Competitive wage (less so as times continue)
Cons
- Does not listen to staff. Treated like assessment machines - Claims to be AI forward but not there yet and AI often causes work delays - Unable to keep up with growth, leading to burnout and a lot of staff leaving with little to no recruitment - Used to have an open culture for discussion, but recently people keep quiet for fear of retribution
