- Very good work-life balance - Huge no of projects to choose from. So ideally your bench period is very less - Pay is good and also company gives other monetary benefits like shift allowance, One time bonus, WFH allowance

- Variable Pay is too high as compared to others and is also paid in very less. First 1 year don't expect a good variable amount
