Pros

I have an excellent team who care about the customer every bit as much as I do and behave ethically whether in view of the customer or not. It is a fun place to work with great relationships between teams, open communication with management, and upper management that is responsive and which actively seeks feedback. We have grown and are growing like crazy, so I very much feel like I'm in at the ground floor.

Cons

It is a very fast-paced environment with a large workload and continuous improvement of processes that can sometimes be dizzying. You have to show up ready to hustle. I guess some might consider that a pro, but the downside of it is that sometimes it is very mentally draining.

Pros

Access is very customer focused, both externally and internally, which helps you feel great about what you are doing for your clients and what they do for their employees. They go out of their way to always do the right thing the 1st time for their customers and employees and if something is wrong they will quickly correct it.

Cons

I'm not sure you'd call this a con, but if you don't like working in a fast-paced, high performance and expectation company then this may not be the company for you. They definitely don't let people "hide" or perform at a sub standard level.

Pros

I have worked at Access for less than a year, but I know I have found my home. The culture here is great, everyone welcomed me here with open arms and have been amazing in helping me succeed in my position. I enjoy getting to recruit new employees to work with us and become part of the family. This is by far my favorite company to work for and feel that I am able to make a difference.

It is a very fast paced environment, so if you aren't able to juggle multiple projects at one time, this might not be the best fit.

• Branch locations offer small teams of good people with different but complementing personalities (literally, a spectrum of diverse Midwest-values-type personalities and people: fun but professional, both young aka "fresh out of college but has promising potential" as well as experienced aka "tenure in industry," dynamic, diligent, passionate, smart, ambitious, enthusiastic, driven, genuine, and a sense of humor is required). • President is a strong advocate and supporter of a unique company culture and local community (he walks the walk especially in this niche); often refers to the entire team of employees as an "Access family." • As an SMB owner himself, the President also truly wants to be the best of the best, which customers witness from a diverse portfolio of top-of-the-line, latest office tech and IT solutions and service. • Sales reps have tons of resources, consistent support from managers to be successful, and a lot of opportunity to have a big impact on customers' experience as well as the trajectory of the company. • Development and personal transformation are encouraged in all departments across all branch locations. • All around wonderful place to work, especially if you're a lifelong learner, a people person, or someone who enjoys a challenge (having a big heart doesn't hurt either!)

Cons

I do not have any cons to share at this point. The company has become so successful in the past decade and is expanding year over year, so the workplace environment is fast-paced and new talent is constantly being added to the Access team, but management is hands-on and makes an effort to keep an open line of communication at all levels. I wouldn't even describe it as "growing pains" because of how well the leaders are tackling the long-term goals of the business. Overall, the changes are a sign of growth and management isn't losing sight of its values in the evolution process, but there is a "building the plane as it's going down the runway" feeling, as the President describes, at times.

Pros

Great Atmosphere. The owner cares deeply about his employees and not the bottom line. Anytime an employee or family members needs something he is the first to offer help. The company is leading the field in IT, Telecommunications and Copiers. Customer service is the best in the business. Team members are dedicated to Access and giving the customers the best they have.

This fast pace field means it is ever evolving. Learning quick and adapting to change is a must.
