This is an incredibly fast growing company with big goals and ambitions. Top tier products, solutions, and customer support. Lots of potential for promotion and recognition!

I started with Access about five years ago in an industry that had nothing to do with technology, but from the first day everyone was so willing to help me achieve in my sales career. They were so willing to help me understand our products, our processes, and our competitive advantages which helped me build a great career here. I am now a sales manager running an entire branch and I don't know of any other company or employer that believes in there employees more than Access Systems and Shane Sloan.

Cons

Access is a very fast growing company and that almost always leads to some growing pains, however it is so exciting seeing the changes and the strides that we are making together I would not have it any other way. If you are not growing there is no opportunity for advancement.

Pros

I feel like everyone cares even the people I hardly know, would go out of their way if I had a question about something. Something that really caught me off guard when I started here was the commitment that Access has to the people who work here. The culture here is something I've never had in a company and something i feel you would be hard pressed to find even a runner up too. I'm not just some number where the management feels unapproachable. I look forward to my future here and i would recommend a career here with ease.

Keep in mind this is a growing company so some of the processes have to grow with it. I would say if you don't like always being busy than maybe this isn't for you.

The best part about working here is that we get to be part of a growing company that does its best to make things better for the employees. People before profit is something that I heard at our last set of branch meetings and it makes a lot of sense. If you do have concerns, you will be listened to. Just make sure to reach out. The workload is high, but makes the days fly by. Its nice to have a company and fellow teammates stand behind you.

You have to work hard and keep up with the pace here. It isn't for everyone. Its not a bad thing at all. Id rather work hard and play hard with a great group than anything else!

I enjoyed working at Access Systems. The people were very friendly, and the atmosphere was truly wonderful. I felt like I was a part of a team, and I felt very comfortable talking to anyone when conflicts came up, or if I had questions.

Access Systems is a fast growing company, so they are constantly adapting to keep up with the growth. This can be viewed as mostly positive, but if you are someone who likes consistency, this may not be the place for you. However if you love to problem solve, and love to be a part of a team of truly wonderful people, I would highly recommend applying at Access!

I work in one of a few branches of Access Systems and we're one big family. As I visit each of our locations, I see that in every instance, the people are happy, enjoying their work and have a genuine interest in assisting each other. I've been here for seven years and as we've grown, our 'people first' focus has been consistent.

I honestly struggle to find cons, but we are a growing company. Since growth often means change, if you're adverse to constant change, you may find some frustration here. I personally find it energizing and couldn't imagine an environment any other way.

The culture and work atmosphere are great. Everyone from the owner down cares about the staff and wants them to succeed. This is not a punitive environment at all; if mistakes are made, they are addressed with suggestions on how employees can change and get better results. This is a fast paced, fast growing company with plenty of room for personal and professional growth.

This is a fast growing company and change is a constant. If you are looking for someplace to just bide your time, this is not it.

They are a growing company which allows them to make minor internal changes easily.

They have a lot of young staff in senior positions which leads to confusion and unclear communication to the employees. The benefits are ridiculously expensive for the coverage. The cube farm feeling is overwhelming which results in a loud workspace.
