There is a coffee machine you can go for.

Cons

They treat their employees like slaves. Poor salary and staff. All these positive reviews are taken forcefully from their employees.

You get air-conditioning in the office

Cons

Cheap Dirty politics by senior management specially by the CBO in the company, and her disciples. Work culture is TOXIC for each department in the company. HR is just a puppet to either console people and scold them if they come for resolution. No Professionalism, if you are apple of CBO eyes then good else you are doomed.

Honestly, none — unless you count learning how a modern-day corporate disaster operates from the inside. Maybe a lesson in how not to run a business.

Toxic, suffocating workplace culture Leadership ruled by fear, manipulation, and blind favoritism Shella (CBO) runs the entire show, not the CEO Professionalism is non-existent Decisions are arbitrary, data-free, and logic-less No career path, no mentorship, no innovation Constant dirty politics and morale-destroying behavior Psychological safety? Forget about it If you stand up for yourself, you’re isolated or shown the door
