    Disapproves of CEO

I worked at Activision Blizzard full-time for more than a year

    Pros

Lots of talented and creative people with big hearts and a passion for making amazing games.

    Cons

When I worked there, the building decor was a bit worn out. Stained carpets, old furniture etc.

    Advice to Management

Be open and candid with employees regarding org changes and what's happening in the business.

I have been working at Activision Blizzard full-time for less than a year

    Pros

Large company with lots of People and positions available. Lots of opportunity in many cities around the world.

    Cons

Recruitment process took 8 weeks and 7 interviews to finally get a job offer at the end. Recruiters do not have a clear picture what the roles are, the talent needed or how to interview. It may be that they have lost focus of who their internal customers are

    Advice to Management

Your lack of care or blatant disregard of people's time is arrogant. Today's applicant is also today's customer. Skill set is lacking on knowledge about local markets, may open up to liability
