If u are joining this company make sure you are aware of fix salary becoz they make worst CTC in world. To less salary and with to much variable pay. You will never get full variable. Management is rude, unprofessional and only care about client. Hire and fire Company location is not good. Favoritism on hike and on promotion. Work life balance will be destroyed here. Working on weekends is mandatory.
