    Pros

Got a job quickly. Great co-workers.

    Cons

Terrible communication on the part of management. Very poor management skills. I never felt supported by the management team. Whenever I needed to contact management it was such a headache...it constantly felt like pulling teeth to get them to answer simple questions.

    Advice to Management

Improve your communication and provide support to your employees. It shouldn't be as difficult as it is to have simple questions answered.
