Good benefits, gym, flexible working hours, modern building and offices, economically solvent company.

Cons

Toxic micromanagement with no mentoring skills, a lot of people with more than 10 years at the company with no passion, a lot of waste in cross projects with no real application at all, no promoting opportunities in some departments, there is no salary review policy so it depends on your boss feeling...
