Brand Name, Small Teams, Nice people. Giving 2 stars only for the talent, reducing 3 starts for lack of ability to retain talent.

Lack of basic resources like pantry and tea counter, while events are hosted in expensive hotels. Poor HR policies. Underpaid Employees. No work life balance - expected to work on weekends. Non directional leaders, only ideas in the air. Lack of budget for innovation, but massive budget for parties and outings. WFH not accepted, management pushes you to sit in office and work on MS Teams. Insurance is paid. Lack of vision, just work like there's no tomorrow.

From a corporate function POV: - Nice exposure to multiple business across the group - Good work environment with comforting, positive office space - Open work culture - Decent opportunities to shift - Work life balance - Good policies for leaves, attendance etc.

Esp. for ambitious and aggressive growth folks - Slow career progression and low salary - Slowness in decision making (esp. in the new business environment) - Relatively old senior leadership. Lacks openness to new ideas/ risk taking ability & innovative attitude
