Pros
Some friendly colleagues Good compensation if you are lucky
Cons
- Toxic CEO (rude, not trusting, micro managing) - Poor work culture - A ridiculously broad non-competition clause that will prevent you from working for any competitor (understand any financial firm!) 12 month after you leave - Leavers are regularly sued or threatened to be sued

Pros
Hours are short. Free lunch.
Cons
I’d give no stars if I could. Toxic culture of fear. The owner treats staff terribly. Extreme micromanagement - the whole firm is his little power trip.

Pros
Some people working there are pleasant.

Avoid this toxic company
13 Dec 2020 - General Laborer in Dublin, DublinRecommendCEO ApprovalBusiness OutlookPros
There are not pros to working here.
Cons
The cons to working her are extensive. The senior manager does not allow any employee to do their job, there is no autonomy to get on with your job and if you make a mistake you are punished severely, sometimes even by going to the labour courts. There are a number of pending employment cases with the senior management. This place is toxic. It is like working for Donald Trump.

Pros
You get paid, but the environment is toxic You get a 5% pension contribution, but Adrian withholds this for the first two years Free lunch, but you're expected not to go out at lunchtime, and Adrian often calls in at that time just to check
Cons
Huge staff turnover Extreme micro management, and zero trust in the staff Everything is about Adrian This is a company where the ONLY five star reviews are written by the head of the company himself
